How We Process Orders
After checkout, our fulfillment staff carefully inspect and pack orders within 1-2 business days for shipment. During periods of high order volumes, processing can take up to 5 business days.
We notify you by email when orders enter processing and ship. Please contact us immediately if any order details appear incorrect so we can efficiently resolve concerns.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Coleman Mini Bike offers the following shipping methods on our website:
Ground Shipping
Ground shipping is our standard default method via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Transit times typically range between 5-7 business days for delivery in the continental USA depending on the destination. Rural addresses may add 1-2 extra days.
Ground services include tracking and insurance against loss or damage for most packages. Drop off with signature required is available upon request at checkout for an added fee.
Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited 2-3 day service for an additional rush delivery fee. Expedited ships via FedEx Express Saver or UPS Ground for most zip codes. Some rural areas fall outside expedited coverage areas which we will indicate if applicable during checkout.
Freight Shipping
Oversize items like trailers and stand-up mini bikes requiring freight truck delivery will show accurate shipping rates at checkout based on weight and destination. Freight delivers in 6-10 business days on average.
Liftgate service for residential deliveries is available for an additional cost if requested before shipment. We generally recommend commercial addresses with a loading dock for freight items.
Store Pickup
As an alternative to home delivery, you can select in-store pickup at checkout to retrieve your order from our Plainfield warehouse provided the items show in stock. We will notify you via email when the order is ready for pickup within 3-5 business days typically.
Bring your order confirmation number and ID to retrieve held packages. Coleman Mini Bike warehouse pickup hours are Monday-Friday between 9:30am-4:00pm.
Dealer Pickup
Once an order enters processing, we can arrange delivery to one of our authorized Coleman Powersports dealers near you. This convenient pickup option avoids residential missed delivery hassles. We’ll confirm the participating dealer and notify you when ready for retrieval.
Tracking Shipments and Delivery Notifications
Once orders ship, we will send an email with carrier tracking information to closely follow the delivery status for expected arrival planning.
Signature required delivery is available at checkout for an added fee to guarantee a recipient is present to accept packages. Tracking links also allow optional proactive delivery change requests with the carrier if needed.
If you receive notice of an attempted delivery failure while out of town or have another issue, contact us right away so we can work with the carrier to resolve potential shipment problems.
Shipping Rates and Costs
Shipping rates shown at checkout represent our deeply discounted costs. We secure low merchant shipping prices and pass those savings directly on to customers.
Rates are calculated based on:

- Residential vs. commercial address
Rates may fluctuate between purchases as carrier discounts and surcharges change. We cannot alter applied shipping rates once an order is placed, but contact us if an amount seems unusually high for assessment.
Who Pays For Shipping?
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees shown at checkout to have orders delivered to the requested destination. Coleman Mini Bike pays a portion of the full carrier pricing behind the scenes to offer reduced rates.
Optional insurance, signature confirmation, liftgate service and other special requests add supplemental shipping fees. We aim to be fully upfront about every shipping cost component so no surprise charges arise later.
Shipping Requirements, Restrictions and Exceptions
Coleman Mini Bike can ship ground orders to all 50 United States plus Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and PO Boxes. We cannot ship to Canada or other international destinations at this time.
Some bulky items deemed oversize, excessive weight, containing hazardous materials, or requiring truck transport may have special shipping requirements or restrictions as follows:
Oversize/Overweight Items
Oversized items typically shipping via freight truck may have limited residential delivery options, require liftgate fees, or necessitate pickup from terminal. We’ll indicate any special shipping considerations for large items at checkout.
Dangerous Goods
Products containing flammable fuels, chemicals, lithium batteries or pressurized cylinders carry shipping restrictions. We work closely with carriers to ensure compliant and safe delivery of regulated items like generators, fuel cans and liquid fuels.
Rural Delivery Areas
Shipping carriers impose residential delivery surcharges for some remote rural zip codes which we must pass along. You can contact us to compare rates for commercial vs. home delivery in rural regions.
Orders Shipped in Multiple Boxes
If an order exceeds the capacity of one shipping box or contains regulated items requiring separate packaging, we may divide it into two or more packages. This does not usually change overall shipping rates substantially.
Please note split shipments may arrive on different days based on contrasting transit times.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
We gladly ship via USPS Priority Mail Express to military APO/FPO addresses worldwide. Other expedited services are not available. Any special customs forms will be completed on the buyer’s behalf for international military shipment destinations.
Alaska and Hawaii
Ground shipping is not available for Alaska and Hawaii orders. We will calculate discounted USPS Priority Mail or FedEx expedited delivery rates at checkout for AK/HI which include tracking and insurance.
Receiving and Inspecting Your Shipment
Carefully inspect shipments in the carrier’s presence when delivered before accepting and signing to note any obvious external damage or issues. Photograph any identified problems with boxes or packaging.
If satisfied with the external condition, open orders upon receipt to verify all expected items are included per your order summary. Check for defects, damage or shortages right away in case a return must be initiated.
Contact Coleman Mini Bike customer service as soon as possible regarding any defective, damaged or missing items to allow swift resolution of problems. We ask customers to inspect thoroughly and report issues within 3 calendar days whenever possible.
What To Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged
If an order arrives visibly damaged or the contents show impairment:
- Refuse the shipment if possible and contact Coleman Mini Bike immediately.
- If shipment is already accepted, document all damage concerns by photographing the external box, inner contents and defective products before contacting us.
- Email order details and damage documentation right away so we can handle assessing insurance claims and getting replacement items shipped.
- In some cases, we may request the damaged merchandise shipped back to our facility for further inspection. Coleman Mini Bike will arrange return transportation. Do not discard damaged products unless specifically instructed to do so.
- We will facilitate repair, replacement, or refund resolution for damaged orders based on circumstances. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with the condition of merchandise received.
