Returns Up To 30 Days After Purchase
Items can be returned to Coleman Mini Bike within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date provided the product is in new, resalable condition. We define new condition as free of damage, defects, missing parts, and showing minimal or no signs of wear. The item must be returned in original packaging whenever possible.
Please note that custom built or made-to-order bikes are non-returnable.

Returns After 30 Days
Coleman Mini Bike may approve returns after 30 days on a case-by-case basis. However, acceptance is not guaranteed. To request a return after 30 days, please contact our customer service team. If the late return is approved, the item must be unused and still in perfect new condition with all components, packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own return shipping in this case. Once received and verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method allowing 5-7 days for processing.
Return Shipping
For returns within 30 days, Coleman Mini Bike will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Print the label, affix it securely to the package, and drop off at your selected carrier for return to our fulfillment center.
Keep in mind that using any shipping method other than our prepaid label may result in additional charges deducted from the refund amount.
If returning an item after 30 days that we have approved, you must handle arranging and paying for the return shipment on your own. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with appropriate insurance to protect the contents.

Refund Amounts
Once your returned item is received by Coleman Mini Bike and passes inspection, a refund will be promptly issued to the original payment method used. Here are additional notes regarding refund amounts:

Exchanges
Coleman Mini Bike does not currently offer a direct item exchange service. However, you effectively exchange an item by ordering a replacement product and separately initiating a return on the unwanted item. Keep in mind our standard return policies and time limits apply.

Refund Method

- Check – Refunds paid originally by check will be issued in the form of a Coleman Mini Bike check sent to the mailing address associated with the order. Please allow 15 business days for delivery.
- Cash – Cash transactions must be refunded in the form of a Coleman Mini Bike check issued to the address connected with the order. Please allow 15 business days for delivery.
